Here is another bug that appears to be fixed in Windows 7. Unlock the golden Easter egg in Screen Saver settings. When you re-open the document, it then displays Chinese characters, rather than the sentence you had entered. The sequence of one four-letter, two three-letter, and finally one five letter word creates a so-called mojibake Windows thinks it's dealing with Chinese Unicode and when you save the document encodes it as such. The explanation for this bug lies in the Windows function "IsTextUnicode". If you did this in Windows XP, you'd see some weird Unicode characters or Chinese characters like in the screenshot above. Now save the file as anything you like, close it and open it again.
